Working Group 3

The Call for Papers is now open for the EuroWeb Seminar "What’s in a name? Toponyms and loan words as textile labels across time", an initiative of EuroWeb's Working Group 3 - Textile Terminologies, to be held in Braga, PT.

PhD Students and Early Career Scholars are invited to apply for a Training School on "Embroidery: Terminologies and Practices from Antiquity to Early Modern Times" in Muro Leccese (IT) between the 16th and the 18th of May 2022.

EuroWeb's Working Group on Textile Terminologies will host a workshop with conferences by Gale Owen-Crocker and Kalliope Sarri (28/10/21, 14h CET).

The first EuroWeb Training School, organized by our Working Group 3 – Textile and Clothing Terminologies, introduced PhD students and ECI’s to research on textile terminologies.
