Call for Conference Grants

Two types of Grants are available for prospective applicants:

Dissemination Conference Grants

• • For an oral presentation or the organization of a session related to EuroWeb
  • All Action participants are elligible;
  • Aims to increase the visibility of EuroWeb.

ITC Conference Grants

• • For an oral or poster presentation
  • For young researchers and innovators (under the age of 40)
  • Applicants must be affiliated with an institution in a Inclusiveness Target Country*/ Near Neighbour Country

* Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czechia, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia and Turkey.

Application:

Applications must be submitted through the e-COST platform.

Required documents:

• Application form (available on the platform)
• CV
• Accepted abstract of presentation

Please note:

• All applications are welcome, but as the number of grants is limited, EuroWeb priority is the Annual EAA Meeting (Rome, IT, 28-31 August 2024).
• In the case of multi-authored presentations, only one author is eligible to apply for the grant.
