Between the 19th and the 20th of May, Muro Leccese (IT) will host an international conference on "Textile Production, Consumption and Trade in Iron Age Europe" organised by EuroWeb's Working Group 4. Programme now available!

EuroWeb's Working Group 2 - Clothing Identities: gender, age and status is happy to announce its first conference, between the 4th and the 6th of May 2021. The programme for the Conference is now available.

Between the 27th and the 30th of April the University of Lille will be hosting an International Conference on "Smart Textiles from Antiquity to Modern Times" co-organized by EuroWeb member Audrey Gouy.

EuroWeb is happy to announce the upcoming workshop "Theoretical concepts on dress and identity, visual codes in prehistoric and historic societies", organized in the framework of WG 2 and hosted by Natural History Museum Vienna.

EuroWeb members Mary Harlow, Cecile Michel and Louise Quillien present their recent edited volume "Textiles and Gender in Antiquity. From the Orient to the Mediterranean" in this new instalment of the "EuroWeb Book Corner".
